This metal bunk bed is used in the dormitory and with safety rails to prevent students from rolling out while sleeping. The greatest feature of this bunk bed is the detachable structure which allows people can assemble the bunk bed within 30 minutes. And in every connection structure, we use a special structure which we called the “Interlock system” which we use the knowledge of ancient Chinese: Tenon and Tenon Structure to connect each other. With the help of the interlock system, our bunk bed will not break very easily, and it will become steadier when there is more weight on it. The material we use in the bunk bed is the cold-rolling steel sheet, and there are two storage spaces under the bed for students to use. There is also a shoe rack for students to put on their shoes.
